Went to sell wallet quickly on a spike and noticed the rates they gave me were super low, then with the whopping 1% fee's ended up with 40% of my profit stolen. When I complained they blamed me, the customer for them ripping me off.
Tried to close account and they wont unless I provide them with biometric information. They blocked my live chat, they are ignoring email msgs. I still have an account with the *** which I dont want.
Cant find a phone number to call. Appalling rates, appalling customer support, avoid these jerks.

I made several transactions with their new card payment service. Some were transactions to another country for services and some were for product purchasing in Australia.
I was contacted about them and answered their questions. Soon thereafter, I was told my account was not accessible, and I needed to deposit my cryptocurrency into my depositing bank account. As I was shocked at their audacity to deny me my dignity of risk for spending my money wherever I wished, for whichever legal purposes I wished. No response from them.
Four months later, I reach out to them and get hand-balled here and there. Finally, I come across a hardball tough guy wannabe, that signs their email with Richard, Disputes Resolution Officer. Saying that I was told to withdraw my account funds four months ago and that I had not responded yet. Responding with a screenshot and copy of the email, proving my response was indeed provided the same day of their last email, four months ago, and it was them that had not responded for so long.
This matter was not acknowledged in their response. Furthermore, I was now given 14 days to revive my funds, or that I would essentially lose it forever. I rewrote my responses, even further clarifying the situation as seen below;

Can’t get in
I got in and purchased
Mess trying to get the extra security. Tried to go back in.
Said password wrong changed pass word. Tried To go in. Said password or name was wrong before even tried to login. Other times the capture is wrong.
As soon as these things about wrong is in no matter what you check or change they remain. The line is not removed so you can try again. Turned off iPad waited, started all over again. The reason I want to get in is to setup the next level of security.

I passed all ID verification (passport, photo of me, photo of me with my passport, photo of me with my passport with a piece of paper with the information they wanted written on it).
I paid $4,000 to buy Bitcoin.
When I went to withdraw Bitcoin they said they wanted to call me. Why?
I've passed all your ID checks. They said they tried to call but the number was disconnected. Weird.
So I provided them with an alternative number to call me on. To do that I had to upload a photo of me, holding my passport, holding a piece of paper, requesting the phone number change.
Really? Thats the first platform Ive ever used where I cant simply change my email or mobile number and use email / SMS confirmations to approve the change. But anyway. I complied.
They then said they tried to call me but the number was disconnected.
What utter lies. 2 number that don't work?
Around in circles we went, at one point them telling me I needed to send in a photo of me holding my passport....
and so on endless "customer service" loop I went.
They even asked me to call them but provided no phone number. When I asked for a phone number they refused to provide one.
As a first time customer and seemingly no way to get my money from them, I'm worried about whether I've been completely scammed or not.

Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging.
Maybe the situation with them would have been different.
I was so naïve and did not have enough information I needed to know about the whole online investing scenario.
